Unprofessional. I just wanted my trailer customized for our business.



We hired Sign Zone to print and install decals for our trailer. When the installer was installing the decals they were not level or centered. The job just looked horrible so after 3 hours we asked him to stop and talked to the owner Scott and he said he would reprint and reinstall, but when the installer was taking off the decals he piled the paint from the trailer. The owner Scott was extremely rude and refused to refund us. He said that we since he printed the decals there would be no refund, but we paid for decal + install. On top of all of the mishaps the installer damaged our trailer.



Scott even said I was afraid my installer would mess up. What kind of company allows an untrained employee to put decals on?



We asked for a refund and our trailer repaired, Bear minimum for Sign Zone to install a quality product correctly at a discounted price for the damage.

You are not getting a refund for signs.. The signs were made period.. The install is what went wrong according to you! Let me just say this.. Your "not" a sign expert and so with that your claim is weak....
