My husband went over to get 2 footlong subs, and came back with his,a meatball sub, and mine a BLT. Except my sandwich had nothing but a large amount of mayo and some bacon. no lettuce no tomatoes. When I phoned in to speak with some one at about 9:45pm I was told my sandwich had nothing on it because that was the way my husband ordered it. He says he asked for a BLT with nothing else on it. The store employee informed me that it was my husbands mistake, and not hers. I asked if that meant I couldn't have lettuce and tomatoes, and she said no I could have them if I asked for them when I ordered my sandwich. I then requested the name of the store manager and when they would be available. The customer service left much to be desired over the phone. I dare say I am curious to see what the manager brings to the table.
