I first came to sugar sisters when another bakery in town has messed up several of my orders. Their product is marvelous! I had never had baked goods like this before, likely I hadn't had true homemade baked goods before! The salted caramel cupcakes and strawberry cupcakes, chocolate peanut butter and wedding cupcakes were to die for! I had friendly convo with the lady who helped me and when I asked her name I found out she was the owner. She gave me a free sugar cookie and cream cheese brownie to try because "I had to try them" and they were so moist and delicious. I don't even know it was possible to create such yummy, delicious and moist brownies! I am a regular now. They also donated to the no kill animal shelter that I got my dog at. I just found out they make dog cakes so I'll have to order one for my Great Dane next month. What a difference a different bakery makes

We ordered 49 pumpkin pies to give to our clients as an "appreciation for using us" type of gift. The pricing was awesome, however, the quality was not.

We picked up our pies on a Friday and delivered half of them to our customers and put the rest in our office refrigerator for the weekend. Coming into the office on Monday and expecting to deliver the rest, I soon discovered the pies had grown mold on them; ALL OF THEM. I checked my refrigerator to make sure it was on; it was. I called SSB and they would blame me for "not refrigerating them" or "not telling them I would have them over the weekend." They would continue to tell me that the life expectancy of their pies are 3, yes, THREE days, because they don't use preservatives. They said they're sorry for what had happened but it wasn't their fault. Their defense: "I gave you the pies in perfect condition on Friday".

I was offered a gift card to use them again. LOL!!!!!

AMAZING

My husband-to-be and I were in search of a bakery to make our wedding cake and had spent the day looking at all the other bakeries in the area and hated all of them. I had heard of sugar sisters and wanted a place to make our wedding cake that had the personal home touch. This is what we got at sugar sisters. We are now regulars for the amazing cupcakes they have.

I LOVE IT

I have been a morning regular for almost 8 months. Im always greeted and treated with so much friendliness! When the girls see me come in they immediatly start to make my sugar sisters latte, just the way i love it wiith 4 espresso shots! Many times I have been given free treats! I feel like the girls who work there are my friends by the way they smile and talk to me! There have been a few workers who seemed lazy and rude- but they didnt last long! So if you have had a rude employee i can bet it was a non- sugar sister!

Also, I have tried a dozen of everything and over 90% of the time everythings been OUT OF THIS WORLD! The times I had something that wasnt up to the sisters par I have been given ample rewards! I also know that everything is made from scratch daily- I have never noticed something sitting out from the previous day. I can bet that when I have received treats that were not as good as their usual standard a new baker is to blame! I was told that now the only bakers are the sisters and their mother to prevent dry cupcakes from being made! haha!

I love the bakery and their food and friendly customer service. A few months ago when there was a long line one of the sisters gave free cookies to everyone in line waiting. I also appreciate all the hard work the family has put into their "Palace of Pleasure!" I see other regulars all the time and we all agree that Sugar Sisters will make it because they know what they are doing! Their unique ideas (like the kids birthday parties where the children frost cupcakes) will continue to make them who they are! I look forward to going there many many many more times! I will personally protest if they ever close!

THANKYOU SUGAR SISTERS! WICHITA LOVES YOU!

P.S. Even with their own financial problems Sugar Sisters continues to donate to the Humane Society (they make home made dog treats for the dogs at the Humane Society!) as well as many other organizations. Last week I saw one of the sisters give $100 gift certificate to some High School for their graduation party! Thats the kind of business I love to support! GO THERE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!
