They offer lifetime support but in reality all they will do is wipe

your computer without consent and only load half your programs. They

are dishonest and rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional way

to run a business. I took my computer in to get tuned up and they

somehow ruined my CPU. They said I took off my CPU and wiped off the

cooling grease then put it back on... They probably forgot to put it

on when I bought it and won't admit it. I had to buy a whole new

motherboard from them for about 200 dollars. Nothing was wrong with my

CPU until they looked at it. They are not rated by the BBB. They have

no reason to treat you better. They wiped my computer without consent

and now I have to re-buy Microsoft word for $140. I wrote them and

they accused me of stealing it, then continued on like a child trying

to blame anyone but themselves. Their computers are over priced and

their service is horrible.
