Provided by YP.comOur home is over 50 years old and needed an update. The laundry room was in the basement. We have lived here for 47 years and want to remain here as long as possible. The Best Home Guys turned a small bedroom into a fabulous utility room. The process included adding to a closet, closing it off with bifold doors which were stained to match our woodwork perfectly. I was very impressed with the work. I recommend them highly. Everything was done in good time, cleaned up and beautiful.

Provided by YP.comcan't rate the actually work they do because I couldn't ever get them out to do any work. The first time I made an appt they didn't show up. The second time they came out they said they'd get back with an estimate but I had to call back a week later. They're higher than most to do the work and you have to pay them a $30 fee just to give you an estimate which I feel is a rip off. I won't be calling them again.
We do apologize, again, for the misunderstanding that took place. Upon review of your consultation and further research (which explains the delay in getting your estimate back to you) we found your repairs to be more extensive and therefore outside of our scope of work. We pride ourselves on our customer service so when we heard you had an unsatisfactory experience we credited your account and waived the $30 trip fee.

Provided by YP.comThe staff was courteous and very helpful. The prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately we had another company do the work simply because of availability. I would use this company though if I needed a handy man service they guarantee the labor an do complete background checks on their craftsmen. That is a refreshing perspective in this field.
