I had my whole windshield replaced due to sand pitting. Excellent work, fast and efficient - for a reasonable price.

Around March of 2011 I went to this shop to replace my Corrolla windshield. The people were very nice and enjoyable to deal with.

However, the quality of their product is suspect. Within 2 months I got a crack. While I understand this can happen even to good quality parts, this one is suspect. The worker said he could only use some goo to stop the crack from getting worse. That was okay.

A little while later I got another (both were from small stones that shouldn't have hurt it). When I went back again, this time they charged me $40 dollars to use the goo. That was a crappy way to treat a customer.

I've looked it up on the internet and saw that I need to get an OEM quality windshield next time.

I won't be going back to this shop, even for a repair, let alone a new one.
