Tillie’s has never failed to be helpful and do great work. Years of using them always been impressive

I called the West Side Tillys, on Sat. June25th, for a funeral service to be held the following week. I also wanted flowers delivered to the familys home, the person answering the phone that day was very rude. I was calling from out of state and didn't have the name of funeral home. She informed me nothing she could,as thousand of people die daily in Wichita, and she couldn't be bothered to search any further for the information. Tillie's lost my 2 orders, and all future orders. I called my hometown Walters in ElDorado, who said Dont worry thats our job,we'll handle it. That is what service is about, returning business is what makes the difference in a bad economy.
