I took my dry cleaning there because of the good price. I should have walked out when the guy in front of me was given the wrong suit back. After I picked up my stuff the next day and got home I realized they hadn't cleaned or pressed any of what I dropped off. I should have inspected it first, but when I called to let them know what happened the owner/manager (unsure which it was) was very rude. His words were "My people may do a crappy job at pressing, but they wouldn't just not do anything." At least they didn't ruin my items... 1 star

Have been there at least a dozen times now with two rather expensive suits. They get the job done. They dropped the suit and other customers Iitems once and got them dirty, so they re-cleaned it at no charge. Accidens happen and for the price who can complain!

Horrible service. Took a pair of pants there, brought them home and they were stained. Took them back they said oh sometimes this happens we will fix it, they then claimed to have attempted to get stain out, went to pick pants back up and they still had same stains on them. They proceeded to blame me for the stains and said it wasn't them. Would not refund me for the service or even give me a store credit. They say they are there for customer satisfaction however, they never called to tell me that the stain they put on the pants wouldn't come out NOR did they have the manager call me like they said they would. When I finally was able to communicate with him he couldn't explain why he didn't call me or explain why the pants had the stain... just simply stated it must of been something I did to the pants and NOT them... Poor customer service. They lost my business and others because of this. All over a pair of $40 pants....

This place should be called ULOSE because the customer always loses.

First, they tear my two-month-old dress shirt. Then after they explicitly said, "Go buy a shirt and we will reimburse you for the price on the receipt;" they refused to pay! The replacement shirt was the exact same brand, style, and price, and they refused to pay eventhough we had a hand written note from the same person we were dealing with saying that they would. Then to top everything off, they accused my girlfriend of adding a stain to the already ruined shirt when we came back for the reimbursement! At no point did they ever gave us possession of the ruined shirt to do anything to it; so, not only did they tear my shirt, they got it dirtier then when we brought it in!

USAVE "Cleaners" is sloppy and doesn't deserve to be in business. They only gave us half the value of the shirt and lost our business forever.

Avoid taking your clothes to ULOSE because THEYSUCK.
