I love living at Villa West! It is very well taken care of and a quiet safe place to live. It is affordable and worth every penny!

Do not rent from here. At first they seem nice, but they are not. Georgia pretends that she cares, but plays favorites to the tenants that have lived here forever. Steve in maintainence is very nice. The claim to have a quiet living, but everything is so old that I can hear my neighbors through the wall at all hours of the night. I have lived here for a very short time and I cannot wait for my lease to be up to move out. Definitely go somewhere else.

I love my apartment but it seriously needs an upgrade! My neighbors are awesome but the management comes across as cheap and fake. If you want a cheap place to live with 70's decor, this is the place for you.
