Take your business elsewhere! After having my taxes prepared by a qualified accountant, he discovered several mistakes that Sara and the staff at Westside Bookkeeping had made the year before. If it hadn't been for my accountant double checking my previous years tax return, I never would have known about the errors. He was able to correct it. When I notified Westside of the problem both Sara and Christine blamed the errors on a "computer glitch!" Their mistakes cost me money and they didn't want to accept responsibility for anything, much less offer me any kind of reimbursement. Their conduct was both unprofessional and tacky. I take satisfaction in knowing that word of mouth spreads quickly.
