Worst ever!! Trying to split payments with the ex and they will not work with you!! Over paid one month and no refunds!! Thanks for working with us! NOT!!

I have always had a pleasant experiences dealing with Wichita Band, and I have been going there and sending my students there for the past 3+ years. The repairman are top notch and they stand by the instruments they sell 100%. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgable, and I have never had any issues such as the ones listed below. Their prices are honest, and you will not find better instruments to rent for the price.

The owner is unprofessional, uneducated and turned me down for a simple viola rental at 16.95 a month. My husband makes 100,000 a year and he would not leave his office to speak to me. He was afraid to come out and sent his son to do his dirty work. This was after they spent 30 minutes fitting my son, getting the books, etc. together and when he had it on his arm they told me no in front of him. They were beyond rude and I cannot understand why they are still in business.
