Nothing good to say. Live in Wickenburg and have eaten there several times, solely due to limited Mexican dining close by. Menu extremely limited and food quality same. Arizonaians deserve better than the crap they serve

It was not as good as I remember. Really disappointed in service and food. Salsa tasted like tomatoes sauce with onions & cilantro cut in. We had to ask 3x for silverware bit some others that cam in after us had food ordered, drinks and silverware before us. Food tasted as it had been reheated, there was just a taste to it that wasn't good. Other than that just **REALLY DISAPPOINTED** Not like it used to be when I was growing up here.

NOT authentic Mexican food...gross!!!

Decided to drive out today from Surprise to try the "World Famous" Mexican food. The wait time was not bad. There were 6 of us total. 3 adults, a 9 year old, a 13 year old and a 1.5 year old. When we were seated the put together two tables for us one square and one round. Weird but ok whatever we were hungry. The inside of the restaurant could use some updating; new tables and chairs for sure! The restrooms were tight and seemed like they were closets. They were dirty and smelled pretty bad. We ordered our drinks and a cheese crisp. Nothing special. When we were asked about drink refills the lady would bring a cup of soda so we could pour into our cup that had ice in it. Again weird but ok. We ordered fish tacos, shrimp tacos, their chimichonga (guessing their play on a chimichanga or they don't know how to spell), a carne asada burrito, a bean and cheese burrito, and a kids chicken tenders. I will start with the fish tacos: disgusting! Store bought corn tortillas, frozen breaded fish, a little mayo, and cabbage. I have had better fish tacos at home. Not much taste at all. The rice and beans were served skimpy and not very good. The chimichonga was the size of half of a burrito and very bland. The carne asada burrito again very bland, no taste. The bean and cheese burrito was missing the cheese. Again bland. The shrimp tacos again nothing to brag about. Very bland and frozen shrimp that seemed to be just thawed and heated. All in all this is a mediocre Mexican food at best. Del Taco has better Mexican food than this place. Unless you like bland, tasteless food from the freezer I would avoid this place. I had to give a star to leave a review otherwise I would have put no stars. Do NOT come here.
