The absolute worst two experiences, both parents, five years apart. Once the contract is signed, who cares? They don't. Really need to go into another line of work. Like digging graves, that way they don't have to deal with the living.

This place was awful. I can't say anything about their services, but my brother and I went there by mistake to deal with our father's remains, and they could not have been more callous. The woman kept making us say our Dad's name, and then she called her boss to ask him about it. We could hear him, and he started joking and said, "They're at the wrong place. Well, they're at the right place, but the wrong place.", to which she responded by laughing heartily, all while we were standing right there. I'm glad it was the wrong place--I would NEVER use them. I'd give no stars if allowed. Use Wickenburg Funeral home and Crematory...they are WONDERFUL.
