We were swindled by Your Choice Meats and rancher Brad Olson after contacting them on Craigslist about buying a 1/2 beef. Ground beef and roasts were too lean but passable but nearly all the steaks were improperly cut and mislabeled meat that appeared old. When I met Mr. Olson for the pick-up, and inquired about the high price, he surprised me by directly asking, "Do you want refund?" This is the response of a grifter who knows the first question a judge would ask.
I should have said yes.
