I wouldn't even rate this as a one. They charge late fees when they shouldn't. The contract says they will charge a late fee if you pay after the 15th of the month. Yet they charge you a late fee regardless of when you pay. I have paid before the first of the month before and still got charged a late fee. I will never do business with this company again. When I called and mentioned the charges the business owner blessed me out. Very bad business tactics if you ask me.
