Wilbraham has one of those che...

Wilbraham has one of those cheesy police departments where they station an officer on the edge of town on the mischance someone might have a tail light out or some other nit picky violation.



Obviously this town is hurting for the revenue that writing tickets brings in.



Even if your car is in perfect running order and you are a good driver, the sight of that officer lurking in a parking lot is enough to make you want to avoid Wilbraham altogether.



I used to like shopping there, but not any more.
