Provided by YP.comgood luck with Jim . if you want to go somewhere and give someone all your money and get treated like crap Jim is your guy . I had a trailer there . you have to use jims guy for work on your trailer or any thing you need . you can not bring in your own heating and cooking gas or fire wood YOU HAVE TO BUY IT FROM JIM . I had my golf cart worked on . the shop called me and told me it would be 350.00 to fix the cart I told him to go ahead . when I got there on Friday Jim told me he paid the guy for the golf cart and I had to pay him . he told me the charge was 550.00 and that what he paid the guy . I got mad with the bill 200 more so I stopped on my way home and talk to the golf cart shop and asked him why the charge for the golf cart went up . he told me it didn't . he showed me the check that he got from Jim and it was 367.50 . the 350.00 + tax . now that I tried to talk to Jim all he does it get mad at me when he sees me . if you are looking for a place to give someone all your money and get treated like crap this is the place

Provided by YP.comLess than Zero should be the name of this camp - since it does not even deserve 1 star! What a joke! The imagery on the website and brochure about the cottages are WELL over 5 and probably more years out of date. They are NOTHING like what they appear AND don't believe the "fully stocked" claim either - unless you are referring to the baby mice since they do appear to have plenty of those. Not enough linens to cover all the beds. There were burned out lightbulbs - with no replacements. The batteries to operate the remotes were dead - and the folks at the store had to go out to buy new ones since they did not even stock them there. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and told by staff that you need to provide anything further on your own - are you serious? 1 tab for the dishwasher for a 4 day stay of more than 10 people? Completely inadequate! does no one check the cottages to insure they are ready for the next renters? obviously NOT. musty and damp smelling throughout the whole house. and just hope the power doesn't go out, because there are no candles or flashlights and you may just fall down the flight of stairs since they are narrow and without handrails! What kind of people actually expect to run a business with this lack of basic necessities and common courtesy? The manager have the gall to argue about these issues too! Really? REALLY? The Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me and the 20+ other family and friends who were completely shafted by these unscrupulous and deceptive owners/staff.
