I agree with the gentleman that posted the negative comment about Jeff Wyler's body shop. We were also rear ended and took our car there. It has been over 2 weeks and NOT once have they called to give me ANY information about the cost, how long, etc. When I finally called they acted like I was totally bothering them and told me they still don't have any information for me. I mean ............they couldn't answer even ONE of my questions. The only way I am going to be able to find out IF my car has even started to be fixed is to drive there on Monday. They are unprofessional and rude. This makes me very nervous if the work they do is going to be quality or not. I would NOT recommend them AT ALL!!

My wife was rear ended and the driver's insurance agency said that Jeff Wyler was a preferred shop. So we shopped a little but finally decided to go with Wyler. It was the biggest mistake of my life. The job was estimated for 6 days total. We were told we would get updates at least twice while the vehicle was in the shop. It took over 13 days and never once was I contacted about the status. I had to call numerous time and each time I was given a time that the car would be done. I have been told 5 different days that my car would be ready. The insurance company paid for our rental car and even they were concerned about the time frame. If you have to pay for your own rental car or pay for the damages yourself, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are expensive and their customer service is terrible. The secretary acts she like you are not important and does not go above and beyond to help. After going back for the 4th time to get my car I was told my rental car was due back that day. The auto shop was going to have to give me a 1998 Dodge Neon for a loaner! A Dodge Neon? Are you kidding? My wife was driving a 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Everything about this shop is a joke. Don't go through what I did. Go somewhere else. I have already notified the insurance company and they are looking into the reason for such long delays. Jeff Wyler Parent Company has been notified of the issue.
