I have tried dealing with them twice, they are a half a mile from my house and the women behind the counter are so rude and uncaring it made me sick, the first time my cat was having an allergic reaction and it was 8:20 am (they open at 8:30) my cat was seizuring in my arms and they turned me away and wouldn't even open the doors so I drove 30 mins to banfield in pet smart in lady lake and not only did they open the doors for me they were waiting for me and rushed her to the back and saved her life and I wasn't even a client , the second time I called to ask a few questions and the women acted as if it was the worst day of her life so now I will continue to drive 30 min to banfield rather then 3 min to this uncaring dump!
