one good thing was he is prompt. other than that thought he was very rude and couldn't be bothered. I needed a dishwasher fixed that wouldn't drain properly. He couldn't fix it and suggested I get a new one. Still charged me $119 for that...Recommended I go to Badcock to purchase new one

Excellent service and very pleasant to be around. Very knowledgeable and fixed my Whirlpool dishwasher. He was here when he said he was going to be here and he worked until he found the problem. Very reasonable in his charges and it didn't cost that much. Thank you so much for fixing my dishwasher. God bless

This is a disreputable business that does not follow legitimate service business policies. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

Got the job done but is very expensive. ASK FOR A FIRM PRICE BEFORE YOU HAVE WORK DONE. $220 to replace a $50 motor is way too much. Took less than 30 minutes.

I called Harold's to have my washing machine looked at - a Maytag Neptune - he told told me he doesn't work on THAT! When I asked why he said "Cuz I choose not to, it's MY business!" Wow, don't need YOU!!!

I called around and read all the reviews and decided to go with Harold. Turned out to be a great decision. He was here within the hour and fixed my dryer in no time. Harold was very nice and dressed professionally. I'm keeping his info just in case we need another repair! Thanks Harold!

This really is "home of the we don't play appliance repair service" I've always recieved great service and Harold say's, if you have a question call me anytime, seven days a week, and if you have a problem with your washer i just repaired, you call me and i will break the speed limit getting back out here. I lauged, but I'll tell you, I was impressed. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks for the great service always!

Harold I was at your place this morning and bought a dryer belt & Idler arm for my Kenmore gas dryer. I got to your website by Google (ing) applince parts The Villages FL. That got me to a website called Squidoo.com and there is a link to your website from there. Thought you would like to know. Thanks for your help and I'm proud to say, I got the dryer back together with no left parts and it's working well. I will definitely recommend you to my friends, in fact I gave your card info to my neighbor this morning. I think he's going to call you for something. I have used Harold's Appliances services for years and would not consider anyone else. No problem to small, reasonable prices, prompt and courteous service at all times.

My washing machine broke on a Saturday, while I was at work and the only day that I had to work on it was Sunday. I am a fairly handy individual and I decided to do the work myself, but I needed a specific part to fix it. I called many local appliance companies and none of them were open, or they did not have the part in stock and then I called Harold's Appliance Repair. Not only did Harold have the part I needed, but the cost was very reasonable and he even offered me some maintenance tips. I would certainly trust Harold to work on any of my appliances in the future and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends. Thank you Harold-Kevan S.
