Called septic middle of the night. That service was great! If you have a septic problem, call them. Good price, good people.

Still had an issue...then the fun started. Septic guy told us a plumber was on the way. Stayed up until 6:30 in the morning waiting. Finally got a call saying plumber would arrive between 10 and 1. Unacceptable! Pushed the urgency of our issue (leaving in 2 days for winter holiday). Plumber arrived 8:13 AM.

Real fun starts. Plumber starts with shoving the auger from the septic tank (later found out into the wrong pipe). Tried twice. Then tried from in the house. Never even looked for the clean out pipe. 5 hours later he said broken pipe and left. Out $540 dollars, still have a problem. Outrageous!!!

Guy with the pipe camera scheduled to come out NEXT DAY. Completely unacceptable. Gave up and called a local guy. Took 2 hours, and only because they had to find the clean out pipe. Guess what? No broken pipe just a clog. Cost less and problem solved. Our plumbing works and we are off to our vacation.

End result: Mike Scott for septic...NOT PLUMBING.

They sold us a bill of goods on an Enviro water system, claiming it would solve our calcium deposits and it doesn't. $ 2444 to still have white buildup on our fixtures. Three years of asking them for a resolution and no results. I would NEVER recommend their business

A big thanks to Lorenzo from Mike Scott Plumbing yesterday. We had a serious clogged drain line in the kitchen. and laundry room on Christmas Eve, just before JoAnne's Italian Christmas dinner feast with 15 people coming over. After trying some of Lowes solutions, with no success, I called them. Lorenzo, worked very hard, having to climb on the roof, snake the vent, because the landscapers covered up the clean out vent. The he had to cut the kitchen pipe, because they had 2 90 degree turns in the pipe and finally ran 75 feet of power snake through to finally clean it properly. What a hard worker. The bill was very reasonable, without emergency charges or holiday adders. What more can I say. Lorenzo and Mike Scott Plumbing, "Thank you very much" for doing a great job and a very fair and reasonable price. Merry Christmas to all.

Excellent Service!! Our septic tank backed up on a saturday night and they came right out and took care of it (at 8:00 pm.) Thank you Mike Scott Plumbing!!
