I bought a Simplicity vacuum, that is everything that Al said it was. He was very knowledgeable and kind and proud to sell Made in America. I would highly recommend this store.

Just love the store. Very friendly. Great classes, very knowledgable. Always willing to help. Fabulous prices on their great selection of fabric. Stop in for a visit and you'll be a customer.

What wonderful service! I have 2 machines, similar complexity (both just a tad over entry-level). Dropped one off in Clermont, the other here at Sharky's. Both in for cleaning only. In Clermont I was charged 3 times as much as Sharky's! I of course expected there to be some difference, but this was amazing! It's refreshing to be doing business with such an honest and reputable company. They have a customer for life in me, and I will definitely spread the word in my Quilting Guild!

Name is close to right, they are definitely a shark. Took machine in 02-11-2015, was to be ready 02-12-2015. Drove 45 miles to pick up. not ready. Called before going next day, still not ready. Picked up today and paid $83.06 when initial estimate was $20.00. Owner only said sorry. They never called or asked to do other repairs. I doubt anything else was done. BEWARE! They are not using ethical business practices.

I only wish they had a 10 star rating, because thats what they deserve! The guys there are so friendly and the service is above anything I have EVER received. They are so knowledgable and their prices are so much cheaper than even Walmart. The store is immaculantly clean and they sell almost every brand. I had a friend refer me and I am so glad.
