James took time to better explain how to best use the thermostat most efficiently. Work was very well done.

My Air Conditioner system malfunctioned and it was during a time when we had out of town family visiting. Though the parts needed were not readily available when they were arrived it was installed immediately and the system is working fine. The Tech was on time, courteous, and very professional, while expediting the service necessary.

As part of our semi annual service, thought the tech should have run the heat not just the air conditioning given that winter is approaching, which apparently he did not. He also did not reset the thermostat. Otherwise Technician was very courteous and professional.

System blows hot air out of all vents for a few seconds every time it kicks on. Technician says it’s normal. I’ve been down here in Florida for 20+ years and multiple homes…never has my air conditioning system ever blown hot air. No check was done in the attic on the ducts. Brand new home and system.

The tech Robert, who came out was very professional. He was sure to make sure my filters were changed and everything was in working order. He answered all my questions and went about and beyond. It's nice to meet people with good work ethic who you can truly tell like their job and actually want to help.

The Technician was very professional, informative, and on-time. He did additional tasks that the former Tech did not do. It takes a lot to impress me but I was definitely impressed.

Real nice young man. He had to change out a part under warranty but took the time to explain what he was doing.

Tech David C- on time, professional and very personable. Sun Kool has provided HVAC service since I moved to the Villages- service and personnel always a pleasure to deal with for service on my A/C.

Today's routine maintenance experience was great as usual. The tech (David) was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly what was done and options to consider. I consider the Kool Club to be a great value, and have been favorably impressed by the integrity of the company in general-- over six years with Sun Kool.

Called for cleaning because I didn't know when the system had an annual cleaning before. Did not complete cleaning; went to check outside unit, recommended replacement of a/c due to inefficiency. When I declined he put it back together and said he was done. Did you finish cleaning inside, I asked. Yes, he replied. 2 months later I had water all around the air handler in the garage because he apparently did not clean out the drain pipe. Thanks a lot.

My A/C went out on 7-14-11.7days later they came with part to fix it and pumped freon back in which leaked out all into house so it wasn't coil in compressor that had a hole in it it is a hole in coil in air handler, have to order another coil and wait 3 to 10 more business days to get that part. On day 11 I called another A/C company to see what was going on and they said they could fix it the next day. How can you get the part so fast I asked, well because the parts are local and I will go get it for you. Very sad that Sun Kool which is a 24/7 company could not care about me and make me wait in the 89 degrees in my house and go get the part. This is day 12 and glad another company cared and is fixing it now. I will never recommend SUN KOOL to anyone unless you don't mind waiting in the heat for about 15 days for them to fix it and hope they get it right the second time. If I had know the part was local I would have gladly picked the part up for them.

This is a great company that does the impossible! In less than 6 hours I had a brand new heating/air conditioning system purchased and installed. On a night where it is going to be in the 20's, I can not say THANK YOU enough!!!!
