Washed my truck charged me 149 did extremely horrible job I asked them to re wash it they didn't want to but finally did, however still did a bad job.. Yes they washed the chrome wheels good but the other parts of trailer still dirty. I was there ...More

First; I was charged more than they told me it would be. Then as soon as I finished paying, the supervisor or manager (using the terms loosely) insulted me by making foul comments and childish remarks towards me (I did it in a calm manner, but I can only guess that it was over me saying it was wrong to tell me one price then charge another????). I might add that he continued to make the remarks until I left. Finally, as I tried to leave, (by the ���manager��� I might add) acid for washing aluminum was sprayed along the side of my truck and trailer. I had to get a policeman next door to make them rinse the acid off. I have never seen a so called supervisor act half as immature and childish as the boy left in charge. If this is the kind of person they let run the place, I would hate too imagine the owner. I might add that they did miss a couple of spots also. I hope just one person reads this and decides not to go. PLEASE

Don't get anything done here except a wash job with soap and water. I had a driver go in there today 3-9-15 and asked for a wash. He also told them to put citrus shine on the tanks and wheels. They don't have citrus shine and the guys put acid brightner ont the wheels and takes. After him seeing what did they told him to take to to the polish shop across the street. My trucks has is an 07 and has never had to be cut and polished until he left that has a-- truck was. If his hope doesn't know the difference between citrus shine and brightner should they really be working there. At the very least should they be taking orders as to what drivers want done to there trucks. Then when I call Shane he tells me that I am not telling the truth. I really don't think that is any way of doing business. He sure won't see my trucks in there again without some sort of componsation. Just not a good way to do business. I will stand behind my employees and if Shane was any kind of business he would tell his employees that they do not have citrus shine but they do have brightner. There is a big difference there. Worst experience. Banging on tanks ,use acid when specifically told not to. Rude employees. Not just us, truck next to us had brand new headache rack, ask for no acid. Used acid film all over it. You are better to let the rain wash your truck.
