The food is generally plentiful (mostly following regional and local recipes) and in some instances is even served family-style (i.e. at common tables). Our food here at Trattoria Conte has roots in Naples and Piedmont Italy. It is a celebration of my family and our heritage. I strive to find the finest ingredients from all over Italy and other regions of Europe. In addition, I source as many local fresh ingredients as is possible. If you want delicious, fresh food, this is the place! The Wild Mushrooms, Prosciutto di Parma, Wines, Cheeses, Olives, Oils and Vinegars used for cooking are ALL imported from Italy. All fish is fresh local caught and vegetables are local sourced. All meals are fresh made to order. Full Catering and Private Party services are also available.
