continued from last paragraph, mistakes happen, and maybe a mistake was made. and of course the employee who weighed the metals has been with the company for 20 years without the cans having been already processed there was no way i could prove the weight i went in with. I submit this question to all. This fellow with 20 years of experience should've had a good knowledge just by sight of the quantity in terms of weight of crushed alluminum cans that were in the bin, and would certainly have evaluated that 28 lbs was not correct. The owner paid an additional $2.00 and told me to buy a soda on him, and expected me to be happy with this decision. A mistake was made of approx $25.00 and there was nothing i could do. I surmise now that the bin was weighed without the wire and rim and then subsequently subtracted from the weight of the cans. Not very happy.

A very clean & efficient operation! They were polite & easy to do business with. I drove in with my metal & cans & was on my way 15 minutes later. They offered a good price, I would go back to them again
