Absolutely horrible. First of all, our dog is the kindest, gentlest dog in creation and she tried to say he attacked them. He loves every person he meets and he doesn't mind anything. If anything ever hurts him during grooming, he will lick your hand excessively. Not to mention he is only about 20 lbs.

Also he was there for almost 6 hours. The dog went 1 1/2 months without a cut and she tried to say he has never been groomed in his life. We also use a detangling brush on him at least twice a week. She tried to say she would hold our dog if we didn't pay her what she wanted for him (not finished). If he had been finished, she was asking double what our previous groomer charged (including flea treatment). Oh, he also came home with a bleeding paw.

Trust in the fact that it is worth ANY drive you have to make to avoid this "groomer".



I know they tell you to write a "few" sentences but I want to make sure people really know what this place is like.
