Overpriced and after waiting 55 minutes and still no taxi, they suck. They told me 20 minutes, i even called them after 35 and they said 5 more mins. they also tale round about routes.
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Vary poor service and the dispatch is rude. I miss posten. I think West side is a better alternative

A complete "NO SHOW TWICE"!!!!!!! If they say 20 minutes it will be 60 minutes!!!! Cars are filthy!!!

I give this company a zero star rating!!!!they made me get out of the car for someone else even though I requested the cab 40 min in advance the second car they sent 20 min later left me as well

They said 30 min I've been waiting over an hour I called to see where my taxi was they said five min I call 15 min later still no taxi saying u said 5 min 15 min ago and they had the nerve to say "I don't care what I said. 5 min"

The website said "we will get you where you need to go", but I called 15 time and nobody is answering the phone. Its really annoying since there the only taxi in town.

Absolutely the worse....i should not have to call almost 2hours ahead of time to get to work and still almost be late...this company is the worse...i cannot believe that you are still in business. I will definitely be in contact with the puc..

Being that this is the only taxi service in Wilkes barre, they're OK. Not always a short wait but they're good.

Arrived about ~10 minutes later than the estimated arrival time, but they responded cordially and accurately when we called for an update.



The car was spacious and clean.



The driver was pleasant to interact with but I was a little anxious about his driving. He was frequently drinking a soda and gesturing while speaking, but in context it wasn't negligent or irresponsible.

Called to ask if they would pick something up at 1 address and deliver it to another and said not without a rider. Ridiculous.

I called and asked for service to a close city and asked how much it was. The guy was extremely rude and said idk and just hungup on me. Worst service.

I called for a taxi and was given a time frame of 25 minutes. I waited one hour and I called back. I asked where the taco was at and I was told he had stopped by and left. Living in an appt complex I asked why they did not call. I quote "this brother does not call, better luck next time" and hung up the phone. Never again will I use this service!

always on time.that's what matters with a taxi company.
