I went in today with three other people. We waited 10 minutes while five staff members walked past us multiple times and ignored us. I finally asked a waiter if we could get a table. He responded, "I'm not here."

I explained that we had been ignored for 10 minutes and he replied, "They're busy." I explained that we were customers, and would like to be acknowledged and seated. He replied, "So." I asked for a manager and was told, "They're busy."

This dismissive, apathetic attitude is deplorable.

Had sushi all over the world. This place is among the best on any continent!
