I worked for this company for a few months. It started off great. I was a good employee and soon found myself given more and more things to do. So much so that I could barely get it done in the 3 hours I was aloud to work. Other girls had 1 set of bathrooms to clean whereas I had 4 sets. A whole side of the building was completely my responsibility. One day I had come in and scrubbed down all the walls and cracks in all the bathrooms only to come in the next day to see the mess my BOSS had left for me. Tearing all the shelves and stools out of the bathroom and dirty rags laying all over the floor. This was punishment to me for confronting her professionally after overhearing her talking behind mine and another coworkers back to ppl from the company we cleaned for. I told her its not right and its very unprofessional. She turned it around and tried to justify it. The Boss would sit in her office and every time someone walked in she would be playing candy crush or doing word searches. Every Friday she went to the mall to get her hair done. NOT on lunch break. Those lunches...she decided she needed 2 hours for. Timed her conversation with the front desk lady... It was over an hour. This women was a huge manipulator and very disrespectful.Also, my checks were also short. Terrible place to work. When I complained to the top boss.. Nothing was done.
