When we first arrived, we were disappointed at how small the place seemed, but as time went on the kids were thoroughly enjoying themselves inside and then they discovered the enormous slide out the doors and we couldn't get them to come inside, they want to hold their parties here and we were impressed, it was very clean and organized and the staff on duty that day were very helpful and friendly, so despite our original impression we were very pleased with our visit.

Small place, perfect for my toddler, couldn't get him to leave, cried to go on the huge slide but it was just too tall for him.

We brought our two kids here and they had a great time, the staff was very helpful and attentive. We were a little taken back by the video games right in the middle, unable to be avoided but eventually we all played them so I guess it was ok. Food was good too. We will be back

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I'm sure their rentals are fine, but I do NOT recommend this place to take you child to play at. It's set up terribly and those bouncers are meant for outdoor use for a reason -my child got overheated and sick, the generators that keep the bouncers inflated are deafeningly loud and obnoxious and the place just is tacky in general. We attended a birthday party and from the room they have you in, you can't even see the kids to keep an eye on them and there's no one watching the door (like at Chuck E Cheese). They had us wait in a cold hallway for the party room to be ready, hung up all of our coats on hangers, wheeled it into the party room and proceeded to put all the coats in a pile on the FLOOR under a table. Very unorganized and unprofessional. No way will I ever go back!
