Brand Jewelry is definetly not the store it used to be! Very disappointed with the service and rude behavior by employees! My mother went there a few days ago to get her wedding band stretched, because of her osteoarthritis her knuckles are swollen. The man working there Monday evening cut her ring so it could be removed. He cut her finger while doing this and he never even acknowledged that he cut her much less apologized. He turned and walked away while she stood there bleeding! She had to ask another employee for a tissue because she was bleeding a lot from the cut! My father left with my mother very angry about the way she was treated! My family will never do business there again! Very disappointed!!!!

Went there and bought a beautiful diamond ring. The saleslady was very helpful and patient. She thoroughly explained the differences of rings and payment options. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

We bought a tierra there at the last minute for my daughters wedding pictures

.When she tried it own in the store it looked stupid but we took it anyway just in case we had to use it. We wound up borrowing another tierra from a friend that she had her pictures taken in. When we bought the tierra we were told that we could bring it back if it didn't work. When my daughter took it back to the store the manager refused to take it back .She said it had been worn when it hadn't. So I called her and told her I would bring the pictures and prove she didn't wear it. The manager was very rude and denied ever saying they would take it back. All I know is I will never do buisness there again. With a business based on lies and rude attitude who needs it.
