I have been going to this doctor for several years and have always been treated with respect. Dr. Vollmer and his staff are always courteous and helpful and I love that he explains all the test results in terms I can comprehend and goes thru everything thoroughly.

My family and I have been visiting Dr. Vollmer for over 10 years and have never once been treated badly. My children (ages 16, 15, & 9) have never known another eye doctor. They love how he talks to them at their level and makes their vision condition easy for a mom to understand. His staff have always been very friendly and helpful on each of our visits and they always schedule our 6 appointments on the same day to help with the travel costs. On our last visit 2 weeks ago, my youngest son did not have an appointment because his last appointment showed no problems with his vision and didn't need corrective lenses but, they took him as a "walk-in" just to keep his record up to date and to make sure nothing had changed. As long as Dr. Vollmer is an Optometrist, he will be our ONLY Optometrist!
