Recently we've been able to switch over to Wilkes Telephone from centurylink. I feel as if I have died and gone to heaven. With centurylink, if and when you got a human on the line there was always a problem. With wilkescommunications a HUMAN BEING ANSWERS THE PHONE! Bonus points! And they are local people, people who are friendly, professional and answer any questions you have. I'm not sure what the reviewer below is talking about, so I can't say for sure, because I've never had any issues that needed tending with them, but I transact with them all things, payments, etc. I am so happy they're here. And they bundle phone, internet, tv, security systems. LOVE.

Worst Service ever. This company doesn't have processes in place for a person to do business over the phone when out of tow. I am having to drive over 90 miles to handle business that most companies are savy enough to handle via phone, email while checking ID. If I could give a negative rating I would. If you have another option for a phone service go with that one. Not this company.
