Over the last few years,I have called in my prescriptions and when I go to pick them up, they don't have them,out of stock or some new excuse every time.When I've asked why I was not called about this,the woman snapped at me,telling me she was the only 1 working and she was too busy.I found out they don't want to fill one of my meds because "they are losing money".I was told this after my 3rd call this week to have a prescription filled I HAVE to have.I was lucky enough to get a very nice man who was just filling in for the day that told me the truth.All week they had discussions about how they weren't going to fill my prescription anymore but NOBODY bothered to tell me until today,so I could try to make other arrangements.The service is very poor, and the fact that I don't ever get the call backs I would expect when it comes to meds I need to be able to live my life,you all need to seriously work on your customer service and organization and remember that we are people,your customers.
