Dr. Carmean filled my tooth #14 on 10-2-2009. On 12-8-2009 needed a cap on tooth 14 . On 1-5-2010 needed a root canal and replaced cap. Had a lot of problems so switched dentist. On 7-13-2012 had to to to specialist in medina Dr. Nivine Elrefai for root canal retreatment on tooth #14. On 5-21-2013 half the cap fell off. Insurance won't pay for another cap because it hasn't been 5 years since first cap. Cost me a lot of MONEY and insurance company suggested contacting Dr. Carmean to see if they would help with cost. All I wanted was the extra 350.00 insurance won't cover. I all ready paid first 317.00 on this cap on when I got it for 3rd time on 5-21-2013 not counting all the expense this same tooth has cost me when the root canal wasn't done right the first time. Carmeans office said I should have come back and they would have replaced the cap. Would anyone go back to a dentist they left because they were so dissatisfied in the first place. There's a lot more why I left Carmen having to do with pain and suffering I won't go in to. But I strongly don't recommend him as a dentist and I told his office I was complaining about his work. He as cost me ALOT of money. Please go elsewhere!
