This is now a MONTH after I ordered the furniture in the first place. I am not a happy customer. I tell the clerk that I'd like to cancel my order and have a refund. She then informs me that their policy is that a 20% restocking fee is to be charged to me. A WHAT?! They don't even have the furniture in their store and they want to charge me for restocking? That's ludicrous. She asks me repeatedly if I even read the bottom of my invoice informing me of this. It's just sooooo convenient that they don't estimate delivery for 1-3 weeks, and their order cancellation for a full refund is only good for 7 days after the order. This pretty much guarantees that if they have problems that they'll get some money out of their poor unsuspecting customers after they've been jerked around. I inform the clerk that I am still an unhappy customer, and ask what she's going to do to make this right. She says they can offer free scotch guard. Whoop de doo. I ask for free delivery. She accepts. At least now I don't have to coordinate with the truck owner's schedule to get him to drive out to Willard. I will never buy from Paradise again. I would encourage you to run away as fast as you can.
