This Place is Temporarily Closed. The Nature Conservancy's Muleshoe Ranch has historic casita (spanish for 'small house') rentals available for Members of The Nature Conservancy during select weekends from October through April. We are closed for casita rentals during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays. Each of our casitas are fully equipped with linens, cookware, etc. There are no food or beverage concessions at Muleshoe. Headquarters, which includes the business offices and casitas are not open to the public and are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Hiking trails are open to the public year round from dawn to dusk daily. Please park in the Day Use Parking lot located south of the main gate. You will find hiking trail maps and information. *Pets are not permitted on the trails or in the parking area at any time. Smoking is prohibited on the trails. Please pack out what you bring in. **Please remember to bring plenty of food and water. Dress appropriately for wilderness hiking (hiking boots, hat, etc).
