Past customers, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience in the past. Please know that Lake Geneva foundation has taken over the management and leadership of conference point center. It is a new day, and we invite you to come back again. We have made over $1 million in improvements in the last three years and we are quite Certain that your Customer service experience will be much better! I was there while Mrs Strand used to be an executive and our experience was no better than yours. She wasn't nice to her customers at all

I was there in summer for a week with my group. We were all so DISAPPOINTED!!! The manager was Heidi Strand, rude and unprofessional woman who was cursing all the time. I heard her screaming at one guest, and it didn't look good. I just want to make a point, CPC is not a place of inspiration, it is more like a mad house with rude uneducated kitchen staff (Debbie, Kathy) who spit in your food, and a crazy manager! I don't think that such unprofessional people like Heidi Strand should work there! When I was talking on the phone (it was in her office) she was loud (it looked like she was drunk) she constantly repeated bi*, fu* etc. She deserves to be fired immediately. We'll never go there again!!!
