Our family was traveling home from vacation on Easter Sunday 2017 from Asheville, NC to East Peoria, IL. We started having problems with our car and the engine blew up and we were stranded on the highway. We immediately called this towing service and within just a few minutes this wonderful man showed up. He loaded our car on a trailer and took us to the nearest hotel in Williamsburg, KY and took the car to an automotive shop. We expected a very large bill since it was Easter Sunday but the bill was an average towing bill which was totally covered by insurance. We were stuck with no car and no idea how long it was going to take to get home or what to do. The next morning it was raining and this same man called us and offered to drive us back to the auto shop to talk to them about our car. He said he was going to be in the area and didn't want to see us have to walk in the rain. Fortunately my daughter was traveling with us so she was able to stay the night and take us to get a rental car the next day. We had our entire family of 9 traveling in 2 different cars so we couldn't all ride home with her. We were just so impressed with how nice this man was to us. I would recommend his towing service to anyone. Unfortunately we couldn't remember his name and it wasn't on the towing bill.
