Never ask for "No cheese" on your order. They dont understand the concept. I ordered a big mac, no cheese. They brought it to me with cheese... So I took it back and explained what was wrong and then they brought me another big mac...with cheese..Wth?

During a few hundred miles trip, we stopped at this location to get some food to tide us over until we got to our destination. The driver of the car ordered for me and stressed A BEAN BURRITO WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONION, DOUBLE GUACAMOLE AND NO DAIRY (CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM). We took our food 10 miles south to a rest stop and when I was given my order, I found it was a squashed up bean burrito with nothing on it but hot sauce. That's one Taco Bell that will never get any more of my business.

Why I LOVE this place!!!

The young, fresh, smiling faces at the counter make me feel young again! They convey the feeling that they just can't WAIT to take my order ... and that they are HAPPY to do it!!!

And .... the food is GREAT ... while getting my work done over their wi-fi connection!!!

Does it get any BETTER than THIS?!?
