Awful! A new manager took over an the store went to hell!! They fired all the decent workers an now it's over ran with druggies . Iv been goin there or years and its always been a nice visit. Fast service an smiling faces. Now It takes forever to pay for anything because the cashiers are to doped up and retarded to figure out how to work the cash register. Their down right rude and ill take my business else where. I'd rather pay more for gas and have a pleasurable experience then get cheaper gas an be treated like dirt!! This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. Word if mouth is everything in a small town an word is spreading fast. I no several locals who no longer shop at Williamsburg pilot due to horrible service!
