Dr Fredericksen charged $237.00 for eye exam and didn't dilate eye's. Acted like he had some where else to go. Was told office staff was rude, but they were fine to me. Being new to the area, had I known the price owed after insurance I would have gone elsewhere.

Dr. Fredericksen and his staff are the nicest and kindest to me and my family.

Dr. Fredericksen is very through examine to make you feel that you are good hand. Hampton Roads Eye Associates is excellent places for my family to go and feel they are taking care of. The Optical is great also and they are very kind too.
