This hotel is convenient, reasonable, clean and our family enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back when we visit Busch Gardens again in the summer. Hotel has friendly employees and its very close to everywhere I needed to be. Hotel is newly renovated and kids loved the color of the pool lights changing.

We got excellent customer service, and Tracy was the best! She was very helpful with ideas on activities in the area, as well as, restaurants to try. She was very professional, and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

this was a very nice place and they were able to make a non handicapped room handicapped for her by getting her a hand held shower and a shower seat ,all of the rooms were repainted and clean.The breakfast was hot and there was lots to eat even though the hotel was booked for the weekend.

Our stay at this great hotel was a brief one. We just wanted to stop over and visit Historic Jamestown. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was awesome. The hotel is use to dealing with large groups and there were many groups visiting while we were there. I do plan to return.

This was our 3 time staying at this hotel and we always find it pleasant and it is great they are dog friendly. I found the room once again to be clean and the staff is always nice and very accommodating. We bring our bass boat and all 3 times they make sure we have ample space to park.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. It was situated very close to Williamsburg which is where I was headed to. Their pool was an added surprise, and the beds were very comfortable. This will be my choice hotel upon returning to Williamsburg.

staff very friendly.I took the family for a getaway to relax and shop.The pool was great for the kids and hot-tub better for me, which was nice and warm. The breakfast was enough to start the day off .

My stay here was great. The rooms were nicely clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and always greeted me when i came in and left out. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Williamsburg area.

I decided to to stay hear when I took my family to Bush Garden Williamsburg. Location of the hotel is great, staff was nice and friendly. Room where nice and clean. Excellent place to stay with family .

hotel great loacation rooms were ok and great breakfast. the k pool was nice and warm and hot tub was working, felt good on my back. i will return , service was good and hotel staff friendly. cant wait to return for christmas town

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving and the reviews had us weary at first. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, breakfast had a nice variety, and the pool was decent for the kids. The staff was extremely accommodating and going above and beyond to please and ensure we had a nice stay. The smoking and on-smoking buildings are separate which is great for someone sensitive to smoke. We noticed my in-laws smoking room smelled of fresh paint. Staff was frequently walking around sweeping leaves, cleaning up, etc. I truly believe they're trying hard to overcome any negative reviews that have been left.

I don't often review hotels, but I wanted to counteract the mixed reviews this one has received. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early so I could swim laps in its clean, indoor heated pool and relax in its hot tub. Coffee and tea were always available in the lobby, and the complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage. It's conveniently located to both Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, and the cost is extremely reasonable. Our room was sufficiently large and quiet, and the bathroom was clean. I recommend this hotel as a great bargain.

We had a problem with a reservation at another facility and wanted one more evening in Williamsburg. We found a very low price room for one night on a Monday evening. This is not a new facility and shows some wear, but it was clean, the bed was good, the fellow at reception very helpful, and the location relative to Colonial Williamsburg is excellent - an easy walk. It is also close to other restaurants and services. The continental breakfast is limited, but adequate. It is close to a railroad track, but we never heard the train once in the room. There was noise down the hall, but once in the room, we did not notice it. If returning to this area and wanting inexpensive lodging, we would return.

Great middle of the road place to stay when visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Room was clean and small, but it was just the two of us. We choose it for its location and easy access to everything and ease of highway driving.
