I took my car to them for oil change,it's seen they don't take care customers cars so they messed up one of my car wheels
I'm no so happy with this
I won't come back ever

DO NOT GO HERE! I was recently told that my jeep could not pass state inspection because of a leaky exhaust system. This would cost me $650 to get fixed in order to pass. I decided to take it to the jeep dealership to get it fixed. On the drive, I noticed my jeep started to wobble at 45 mph, even though I just had my steering stabilizer changed a month before. When I arrived at the dealership, they told me that my jeep was perfectly fine and required NO maintenance. They did however mention that one of my weights on my tires did not match the rest of them and was the reason my steering was all of a sudden thrown off. Coincidence? I think not.



I went from possibly having to pay $650 for my jeep to sit over night while they pretended to fix NO problem, to $170 to have my tires rotated and balanced.



NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

I was going to take my car here for a State Inspection, but when I called them, the man told me that he was too busy to answer my questions. Our entire conversation was under 2 minutes. I took my car to Goodyear on Monticello instead and was very pleased with the customer service and work done on my car. As a result, Jamestown Rd. Service Center lost $1100 in revenue because they didn't want to answer a couple of questions :))

While visiting Williamsburg, we took our vehicle to Jamestown Service Center for tire rotation and balance, and were charged for both. In fact, they did NOT rotate the tires, and balanced them with a large amount of crusted gravel on the tires. Returning the following day because the shimmy was worse, they did not offer to rebalance without the road buildup. The entire job had to be redone elsewhere. I have contacted them two times to ask for a bill adjustment and had no return contact. Very poor business practices.
