Had 6 in a two bedroom unit, and when I called for extra towels, was told that, "We will bring two, but we encourage our guests to wash them in the room." Was called a few times to sell us crap, so I unplugged the room phone. Had roaches and numerous maintenance problems. When I went to a "90 minute" sales presentation (for discount Busch Gardens tickets) I was told that it is no problem if we buy or not. After 4 hours later (and being told that Dave Ramsey owns 200,000 points, and swears by Diamond Resorts - a blatant lie), we were bullied and I was ready to walk out and pay full price for the tickets. My wife went ahead and bought the discount tickets, then I pulled up the Busch Gardens website looking for something else, and found that I could have gotten cheaper tickets directly from the park. I was in a lower room but the only hot tub I saw was down at the pool. There is a run down sunroom, but no hot tub. Save your money, and look elsewhere to find a place to stay!

Me and my wife went there on o...

Me and my wife went there on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. We attended the Wednesday nigh wine and dinner, and our server/front of house was charming and knowledgable. It felt very secluded and romantic and you get a great deel of attention from the server. There was one couple there that was quite snobby but don't let people like that ruin your time. I know a great deel about wine and I loved it.

There are better choices.

The entrance to the resort is breathtaking however the condo we stayed in was nothing special. We had to call maintenance twice to fix problems. We were disappointed that there was no room service. When you take a vacation to a resort you expect to have fresh towels and your bed made daily. Next time we visit Williamsburg we will be looking for a different resort that is more guest focused.
