Though it was convenient to have a doctor who was close by it was not worth the poor customer service. There were many instances when I was sitting in the waiting room and I saw the receptionist intentionally ignore calls. There were also a few times when I would call the office and listen to the menu options only to have someone hang up on me when I had finally been transferred to the receptionist. Then when I was ill and had gone there to be treated the nurse practitioner told me that I did not need to be there and that they did not think there was anything wrong. I came back a two weeks later in serious pain at that time I saw my normal doctor and was told that there was a problem.



I would normally never write a review but I feel that when you are looking for a medical professional you want to know if they are incompetent before you have spent a year or two there. I am truly scared to think about what could have happened if I had ever gotten seriously ill. I would also like to say that anyone else I have talked to who went to this office has had similar problems while there and I advise anyone looking for a new medical office to go anywhere but here.
