Credit where credit is due - I purchased a used vehicle at Gem Auto Sales recently and the whole experience was one of the best I've ever had . Owner Jim Mitchell and his entire staff were a pleasure to deal with. Had some follow-up issues regarding repairs and part replacement and these were handled as professionally as if I had bought a new high-end vehicle instead of the used one I did. I have purchased dozens of new and used cars and trucks in my life, but this transaction left an exceptionally good taste from beginning to end. They stand behind their warranty coverage - no roadblocks or buck-passing at all ! I don't write reviews often, but I had to in this case. I would reccomend Gem Auto Sales to anyone looking for a positive experience in an otherwise stressful time of vehicle shopping !
