THIS PLACE RIPPED MY OFF! I took my computer to them because it was really slow and it had a virus. They said they would call me when it was finished. Almost 2 weeks later I got a phone call that it was finished so I went to pick it up. When I got there they told me it wasn't a virus, it was a bad power supply and hard drive. The total cost of the repairs was over $400.00. I paid the bill and took it directly home, plugged it in and it was still doing the same exact thing that it was doing before, really slow and it STILL had a virus. I called them back and they told me, well it was working fine here! I was then told that I could bring it back but they would have to charge me. I said forget it! I then had my nephew look at it when he came home over the weekend, he is a student from RIT majoring in Computer Sciences. He found a lot of dust in the, supposedly, new power supply and the hard drive was the exact make and serial number of the drive that came with the system when it was new. I was so upset that I wanted to take some sort of legal action against them, but I was told I would have to take them to small claims court and even if I won I probably wouldn't get my money back. In the end, my nephew fixed it for me ... it WAS a virus. I would NEVER recommend Korvan's Korner Incorporated to ANYONE!
