I would give zero stars, actually negative five stars, but that option is not available. I would not recommend this bridal shop to even my worst enemy. The incompetence of the managerial staff and apparent owner is disgusting. Grooms tux doesn't fit because "you shouldn't get a size bigger, it will be too big", but the issues didn't stop there. The brides dress was altered horribly. A freaking joke. She left in tears because of the terrible service. Now, let's move onto the bridesmaids dresses. Not only were the ALL too long, the hem was horrible. Completely uneven. Another bridesmaids straps were sewed onto the dress when she did not want them sewn on. A complete joke of an establishment. Not only did we have a horrible hem, we had to pay someone else to fix their mess.

Horrible customer service and phone ettiquite! My first call never got returned and when my daughter made an appointment to have her prom dress altered; they were rude to her on the phone and when she got there, they told her it would be over an hour wait because they claimed she never made an appointment! I will never recommend them to anyone!
